Home Insurance

House InsuranceOwning a home can be the largest investment in one’s life. Making sure your protecting your investment and lifestyle is an important insurance decision.

Whether it’s your principal residence, seasonal cottage, or rental property, we can help make sure you have the best coverage’s that suit your needs against exposures you may not even recognize.

Your insurance should take care of everything that makes your life special, which means you need coverage that fits your needs.

Condo

condo insuranceYour condo, regardless of style, will have a condo association master insurance policy that covers the building, property and common areas that are collectively owned by the unit owners. This master policy does not protect your personal belongings, liability or improvements you’ve made to your unit.

Condo insures your belongings as well as any improvements you may make to the unit you own. It also protects you if you or your guest were to cause accidental damage to your unit or the entire building.

What makes condo insurance unique is that all owners may face a share of the responsibility and costs, whether it was your fault or not, if your condominium corporation is underinsured or if there’s damage or an injury in the buildings common areas. Your condo insurance will respond and protect you in these instances.

Tenant

Renter InsuranceAs a renter of a home, apartment or condo you have special insurance needs. Your landlord will have insurance that protects the building but it will not protect your personal belonging or liability.

Tenant insurance will protect your hard earned possessions. It also provides you with essential liability coverage for instances such as accidental damage you or your guest may cause to the apartment or house you are living in (i.e.: candle left burning causes a fire, tap left running causes water damage). Or if a visitor slips and falls and decides to sue you for injury your liability would protect you.

If a claim left your home unliveable, your tenant insurance would cover hotel costs and other temporary living expenses until you could find a new permanent living situation.

Recreation

Recreational fun is so important for our physical and mental health wellbeing. Ensure your lifestyle and fun times are secure with insurance. Have security in knowing that your assets are well looked after.

Health

health insurance iconOur provincial insurance provides coverage for most health related expenses that may be encountered, but not all. If you are not part of an extended health insurance program through your employer, you may wish to consider purchasing additional health insurance to cover those aspects not covered by the provincial health insurance program.

Purchasing coverage for you and your family while you’re all healthy makes good sense. With selections of health plans and options, you can design the plan that best meets your family’s unique needs. Protect you and your family with health insurance that supplements your provincial plan.

Student and group plans are also available.
